Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown led to changes across businesses, sectors, and industries. Expansion in digital connectivity and internet use has led to changes in consumer behavior.

AGR recently conducted a pan-India consumer survey, in which 5000 respondents participated. We have found that in the last 1-2 years consumers have shifted to e-commerce platforms and multi-brand electronics chains for purchasing mobile phones, home appliances, laptops, wearables, TVs, etc.
