The global sourcing scenario is changing, with the emergence of India as a sourcing hub. Several factors are at play as India prepares to replace China as the top sourcing destination: the projected higher GDP growth vis-à-vis European nations, favorable business policies, low manufacturing cost, manufacturing resilience, high planned capex, availability of talent pool, etc. FTAs are also lined up. As European countries look to diversify their dependence on China, the prospects for India are brightening.
