One of our divisions which provides managed services for Customer Service Management and ORM to brands, businesses, agencies, and enterprises globally, is looking for strong candidates for B2B Sales in India. Our solutions help organizations manage their online reputation and engage with customers, decode digital conversations, measure brand perception, track competitors, and generate actionable consumer insights for which we have a large, experienced delivery team and marquee clients.
Role Overview
This is an individual contributor role with ownership of the process from sourcing leads to closing contracts. The ideal candidate should have sales experience where services-based solutions are sold to businesses in the consumer and B2C space. Experience in selling social media ORM and listening services will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for ORM, social media insights, social listening, and related services to brands, agencies, and enterprises as per jointly set targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, digital leaders, brand managers, and insights teams
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly
- Prepare customized proposals and lead commercial negotiations
Marketing Support
- Create, assist and guide teams for marketing collateral for geographies, industries and clients
- Identify marketing initiatives to aid and assist with the sales effort
- Participate and contribute in activities and events to boost brand presence and generate interest
Strategic Contribution
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership.
- Contribute to refining service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company in industry forums, etc.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in selling:
- ORM, Social media insights and Listening Services will be given additional weightage as a selection criterion
- Data-driven intelligence services
- Bachelor’s degree from a good university. MBA will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel in India

- Established network within Customer Service, Brand Management, Marketing and Corporate Communications teams in B2C companies
