  • Annual CTC : 3-4 lacs
  • Education : PG/MBA
  • Work From Office : All 5 days week
  • Experience : 1-2 yrs (Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply)
  • Role –
    • Strategic Influence: Support established HR initiatives and policies by understanding and aligning with the business’s fundamental needs.
    • Business Acumen: Develop industry-specific HR knowledge to enhance effectiveness in addressing unique business challenges.
    • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end requirements of business & independently support the entire process.
    • Talent Engagement: Support broader HR initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and transparency for effective implementation.
    • Employee Relations & Welfare: Address employee queries and minor conflicts; escalate complex issues to senior HRBPs or the HR Director to prevent escalation.
    • LnD & OD: Provide administrative support for training, performance, and development programs.
    • HR Analytics: Compile and organize HR data to support analysis and informed decision-making.
    • Stakeholder Mgmt: Collaborate closely with employees and project managers to understand expectations and provide HR support.
