Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Department: Human Capital
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / Head of Human Capital
Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Enthusiast to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Enthusiast, you will be responsible for amplifying the excitement of top talent to be a part of our growth story. Perform powerful outreach and PR by engaging with candidates to check on interests and aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Amplify the talent’s excitement to be part of our growth story by revealing the career opportunities that await them.
- Constantly engage and interact with potential candidates to attract and hire top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their interests to make career move.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment sourcing role.
- Handson attitude towards sourcing and & engaging with talent.
- People Magnet, an extrovert.
- Ability to work solo.
- Passion for building relationships and building positive conversations.
Good to Know:
- Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Strong working experience on MS Office
