- Strategic Influence: Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term strategy, aligning HR initiatives closely with business goals.
- Business Acumen: Leverage deep understanding of research KPO dynamics, client demands, and competitive pressures to create proactive, balanced HR solutions.
- Talent Acquisition: Ensure consistent fulfillment of business unit needs by maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Talent Engagement: Drive and measure engagement initiatives to enhance employee involvement and cultural alignment, utilizing tools like surveys to strengthen EVP.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Manage complex employee cases, including investigations and conflict resolution, serving as a mediator to foster a harmonious work environment.
- LnD & OD: Lead large-scale initiatives in collaboration with leadership, enhancing succession planning, retention, and performance management across teams.
- HR Analytics: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on talent strategies, productivity, retention, and performance.
- Stakeholder Mgmt: Build strong internal partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters and aligning HR interventions with business objectives.
